A large rented hydraulic automotive motor lift and some jack stands might work well too.

A no-frills walk-through. There is still protective plastic on the walls of this just-assembled home.

In this video 1 person raises the roof piece (with the help of the pressure lift pistons on either side) eight persons lower the floor-plus-wall piece, and eight persons raise the wall piece. No jacks or jack stands were needed. This model has a large single entry door. To move a large furnishing item inside, one of the four end-walls can be pushed in to create a large opening.
